Who Is Faz?


Faz Ullah is a property entrepreneur and is known as The Property Cashflow expert, through HMO and Rent to Rent strategies.

Since 2007 he has built a multi-Million-pound property portfolio. He uses his time, skills and experience to find great investment opportunities and partners up with cash rich investors which enables us to do multiple deals simultaneously, whilst recycling other people’s cash, whilst offering great returns.
